Step 4: Processing and Closing
Once the borrower(s) signs the Commitment Letter, KCMI Capital’s processing team steps into action. We handle all third party reports from legal, title and appraisal. We obtain appraisal quotes and provide the borrower(s) with the best option both in price and speed. The borrower(s) will pay the appraiser at the time of the appraisal and the appraisal will be supplied to KCMI Capital. The appraisal is the only upfront cost the borrower will incur prior to closing. By the time the appraisal is completed, title and legal should be complete and pending the outcome of all, we are ready to close the commercial mortgage loan.
